We had our largest and most exciting examination for many years in the last week of June. 

This was a demanding exam held in hot conditions across 4 days at both Uccle and Strombeek dojos. 

On Wednesday 24 June, Prof Giovanni Gordiani, President of ETSIA, was in attendance to oversee the first day of the exam. Our association and endorsement with ETSIA also includes the affiliation with WUKF and therefore recognition of the grade at the highest level.

At the top of the list, Anthony De Prez was awarded the grade of 3rd Dan or Sandan black belt and therefore the title of Sensei, reflecting decades of practice and dedication of karate.

Be amazed by our very own Ariadna Lage showcasing her incredible karate, choreography and dance skills at her recent school show at Notre Dames des Champs! This year the theme was “NDC Got Talent”. She collaborated with her friend Eliott, who trains taekwondo at Harmony Taekwondo. Ariadne mixed a range of Shotokan katas - kanku dai, heian nidan, then gojushiho dai, then heian yodan and the end of my part is kanku sho. She's got talent!
